Specifications of products
1、The products are characterized with low linear-expansion coefficient and creep resistance similar to steel pipe, and with the strength, rigidity & shock strength exceeded plastic pipe.
2、The corrosion resistance of the pipe is as the same as plastic pipe, but the temperature resistance and the thermal conductivity is lower than plastic pipe.
3、The inner wall of the pipe smooth and dirty free, the delivery water-head loss of the pipe is about 30% lower than steel tube.
4、The kinds of the pipe with different pressure degree can be manufactured by adjusting the thickness of steel stip or the diameter of steel wire and the thickness of plastic layer.
5、With high reliability of the pipe, the service life can be lasted over 50 years under normal condition.
6、The structure of the pipe is excellent: the bady of intensifier layer is placed into between the plastic layer with the special technology so no worry about peeling off each other.
